again during installation process and will be required to accept

Starting on November 17, 2008 we are glad to grant the right to use our product
in its full functionality at no cost for:

- any non profit organizations (funds, charities);
- commercial organizations;
- personal use;
Also, please understand that the product support for all free
licenses may be limited and provided on a residual basis on forum and in email

for use only under the terms of this License, and Xharru Ltd

this software. You own the media on which the Software is
recorded, but Xharru Ltd retains full ownership of the Software
itself.

End User License Agreement: Single user license
for FlowMatrix demonstration software
This License is a legal agreement between the User (You) and
Xharru Limited (Xharru Ltd). It permits the User to use the
demonstration software (the Software) for use by a single User on
a single computer. US law applies to this agreement.
By receiving the software, or loading the Software onto a
computer, or using the Software, you are agreeing to the terms of
this license.
Although the software is checked for computer viruses before
issue by Xharru Ltd, Xharru Ltd does not have control over the
complete distribution chain and cannot guarantee or warrant that
the software is free of viruses. You should only load software
from sources that you trust. Xharru Ltd cannot be held liable for
any loss or damage caused by loading or use of the software.
This license allows you to load the software onto a computer and
use it for non-commercial and evaluation purposes. The license
precludes commercial use of the software.
This demonstration version of the software has time based
restriction of sixty days. If you wish to purchase a license or
licenses for the fully functional software, please contact Xharru
Ltd.
The copyright of the software is owned by Xharru Ltd. The
Software may be protected by anti-copy technology. You agree not
to attempt to copy the software.
The copyright of the User Manual and other written information
supplied with the software is owned by Xharru Ltd. You may print
a single copy for personal use in evaluating the software. You
agree not to otherwise copy the User Manual in electronic or
other media.
Warranty:
Xharru Ltd makes no warranty as to the performance or
functionality of this demonstration software.
Product support for this software is not offered. If you have
enquiries concerning the purchase of fully functional version of
the software, please contact us using the e-mail address.
As User, you assume full responsibility for your use of the
Software and indemnify Xharru Ltd against any claims which may
result from your use.
Xharru Ltd makes no warranty or representation that the use of
the software will not infringe the rights of a third party.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the software to others.
You may not sell or re-license the software.
You may not reverse engineer or otherwise disassemble the
software.
Termination:
This License is effective until terminated. This License will
terminate immediately without notice from Xharru Ltd or judicial
resolution if you fail to comply with any provision of this
License. Upon such termination you must destroy all copies of the
Software.
