The enclosed computer program (“Software”) is licensed, not sold, to you by AKMA Labs (“AKMA Labs”) for use only under the terms of this License, and AKMA Labs reserves any rights not expressly granted to you regarding use of this software. You own the media on which the Software is recorded, but AKMA Labs retains full ownership of the Software itself.

This License allows you to:

Use copy of the Software on any number of computers. To “use” the Software means that the Software is either loaded in the temporary memory (i.e., RAM) of a computer and/or installed on the permanent memory of a computer (i.e., hard disk, etc.) and is used for its intended purpose.

Make any number of copies of the Software for installation on other computers.

Restrictions.

The Software contains trade secrets and, to protect them, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reduce the software to any human perceivable form. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, distribute it with your software suits or create derivative works based upon software or any part of it. If you would like to distribute this software with your software suits please contact AKMA Labs for special license.

If you would like your customers to use our software please refer them to our side for direct downloads.

The Software is not intended for use in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigations, air traffic control, or any other environments in which the failure of the software could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.

Termination.

This License is effective until terminated. This License will terminate immediately without notice from AKMA Labs or judicial resolution if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon such termination you must destroy all copies of the Software.

Warranty and Risks.

Although every efforts have been made to assure that the Software is correct, reliable, and technically accurate, the Software is licensed to you as is and without any warranties as to performance, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. You, your organization and all users of the Software, assume all risks when using it. In any case, the entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the Software.
